Thank you for choosing All Brevard Air and Heat LLC to join our lifetime maintenance membership program! This membership is not an insurance or a warranty. It is a loyalty program that provides specific benefits if All Brevard Air and Heat LLC is exclusively used for any maintenance or repairs of the covered system and if all necessary maintenance and repairs are performed in a timely manner.

Membership Benefits:

1. Periodic Inspections:

•  All Brevard Air and Heat LLC will conduct periodic inspections (recommended once a year) of the covered system.
•  There will be no charge for travel for these inspections (currently valued at $118.50).  If maintenance is not performed within the recommended yearly timeframe, the benefits of this program may be terminated.

2. Discount on Repairs and Maintenance:

• The program provides a 10% discount on non-warranty parts, labor and maintenance for the life of the covered system.

3. Transferability:

• This loyalty program follows the equipment and is transferable to new owners if All Brevard Air and Heat LLC has been exclusively used for all maintenance and repairs.
• If it is determined that maintenance or repairs have been completed by any other company or individual, the benefits may be terminated without a refund.

Terms and Conditions:

• There are no rights or obligations other than those specifically stated.
  The program is voluntary, and the owner can terminate the membership at any time; however, no refunds will be issued.
• Lifetime maintenance membership may not be supplemented for any repair or service call.
• All maintenance(s) will be performed within regular business hours M-F 8-5 pm.
